About Me
Emma Olson is an artist and ecologist—two attributes she considers to be invariably entwined. In her practice, she manipulates natural materials, fibers, and textiles to create printmaking and multimedia compositions with the intention of honoring the Earth. She considers art to be a uniquely accessible form of communication, through which she hopes to convey the value and fragility of our ecosystems. Emma is graduating from Willamette University in the spring of 2025 with a bachelor of science in Environmental Science and a bachelor of arts in Studio Art.
